Stitch Therapy 365pp

This project is all about the Therapy of Stitching. Just a few minutes of peaceful

stitching each day can bring peace, fulfilment and a sense of purpose. Enjoy

the journey, take time for you and join in with many others around the world as

we stitch together online.

Thanks for joining me on this journey! When you have signed up your customer and sent them their starter kit (printed fabric panel) they will get an email each time a new part is released. That’s everyday for 365 days. 
It will contain a link to download the pattern. They will need to  download and save this PDF pattern to their computer or device. The emails are automatically generated and cannot be resent if they lose them so please take care to save and file carefully. They will require a free Acrobat reader to print the pattern files. We will also sign up you, the shop - so that you may keep a library of the patterns to assist your customers.

Information about our project for customers:

I am sharing this journey so that you may get to experience the pleasure of simple therapeautic stitchery.

You have a lovely printed fabric panel which contains all 365 of the designs for the year. You can stabilise and stitch directly onto this panel as you go. Your patterns will come every day by email - and will include a photograph of my work, plus a black and white design that you can trace onto other fabric. You can of course go ahead, or stitch several in one night but your patterns will come every day for a year. 

We have used a single strand of Aurifil 12 wt embroidery cotton and Hugs ‘n Kisses stitchery needles and you can purchase the Aurifil thread pack that we used. 
I have chosen to stitch some of my designs onto separate fabrics and then applique them onto the panel using my applique paper method. You can read more about this here https://www.hugsnkisses.wequilt.com.au/videos with many tutorials and information to help you along the way.  This adds colour and interest to the quilt but also gives you some more portability to do just a few at work, on a plane, around a pool on a cruise ship - wherever you may find that five minutes.

I will be adding videos or helpful links during your journey on different methods I’ve used and hints and tips along the way.

download and save files from that link on your computer or device, and print files to a printer.
